Pre-Game

Hello everyone and welcome to our Detox blog! This blog will be covering Caitlin and Ande's journey through a week-long body detox, in conjunction with an adventure in yoga and an overall excursion to eliminate shitty and boring foods from our lives. Thank you for joining us.

We decided to undertake a detox because we're a little bored with food (and maybe our lives?) and needed something to challenge and reinspire us as we approach March and deal with the rest of the semester. We've got those February bluuuuuuuuuuuuuues. Your positive thoughts and comments are much encouraged as this is probably going to be harder than our optimistic (see: naive) minds are willing to believe. 

Our answer came in the form of this blog: Nothing Is Impossible which was a pin on Pinterest. It's a 7 day detox where different foods are used on specific days to cleanse the body of grossness while maintaining some balance and variety. To add a festive flair to the experience, we've planned an exciting menu and even bought new water bottles.
