SHOPSKIES!

 Today, we went shopping for the first three days of the detox. In case you need a reminder, or just didn't read it, here are the first three days (in our own beautiful words):


Day 1: 
All fruits except banana (sucks). The first day consists of all the fruit you could possibly want or that your bowels can handle (which ever comes first). They suggest you eat a lot of melon (we just got watermelon and forgot to get canteloupe... oops). And 10 glasses of water, with 1 glass suggested before each meal.


Day 2:
All vegetables day. Begin the day with 1 large potato and a little butter to get in some complex carbs (yes, butter is a carb), and then the rest of the day is all vegetables and nothing else. We're gonna make an awesome vegetable sautee for dinner on this day. 


Day 3:
A mixture of fruits and veggies. Cooked, roasted, sauteed, baked, even raw (if we're feeling nasty...which we probably will). 

So off we went to Hornbacher's!
